Art and Craft Show
The Flagler Home
& Lifestyle Arts and Crafts Show and Sale is also in
it's 25+ year. This show is held in conjunction with our Home and
Lifestyle Show. Crafters and Artists from all over come to enjoy a
weekend like no other. Remember "It's not just a Home Show, it's so
much more!"
We pride ourselves in
having hand-made crafts. Remembering we are on the same campus with a
home show. Below are ineligible items for the show.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR SHOW
Jewelry not made by
craftsman, crafts not made by craftsman, kits, commercial patterns, commercial
displays, musical tapes, purchased items for resale.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
- Booths are assigned by show
management on a first come – first serve basis with non-refundable
payment.
- Only one exhibitor per space. Consideration will be given to
exhibitors renewing from last year’s show.
- Every effort will be
made
to accommodate your requests but placements of booths are at the
discretion of
the show coordinator.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Concrete and grass areas
are available and vendors will be accommodated if possible. No refunds
or indoor options are available due to weather conditions. All spaces outdoors are 12'x12'
INDOOR SPACES
All indoor spaces are held in the hallways of the schools and strict attention will be paid to size. These spaces are 5' deep x 10' wide.
Registrations
are accepted on a first come first serve basis and can be fill out
online or by application.
SECURITY
Security is the
responsibility of each exhibitor after the show is opened for exhibit
and during set-up or breakdown. Security will be on duty Friday 10pm
through Saturday 6:30am and Saturday 7pm through Sunday 7:30am. The
Flagler County School Board assumes no responsibility for any loss to
the exhibitor by theft or otherwise.
BREAKDOWN
Breakdown will be Sunday,
January 29, beginning no earlier than 4pm. No breakdown of booths before
4pm on Sunday, January 29. Violation of this polity will prohibit
participation in future shows.
HOSPITALITY
A hospitality room for
coffee and donuts will be available both days free of charge for
EXHIBITORS ONLY of the show. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE
TAKEN FROM THE HOSPITALITY ROOM AND THROUGH THE SCHOOL HALLS.
DRAWINGS AND GIVEAWAYS
No announcements can be
made at the show and there can not be any exchanging of money from your
table. Any winner of a drawing or giveaway must be notified after show
ends.
AREA ASSIGNMENTS
Tables and areas are
assigned by show management and payment is non-refundable. Assignments
are on a first come, first serve basis..
SHOW MANAGEMENT STRONGLY
RECOMMENDS PARTICIPANTS SET UP THEIR EXHIBITS FRIDAY EVENING. THIS CAN
NOT TAKE PLACE BEFORE 6PM BUT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 10PM. SETTING UP
FRIDAY EVENING WILL ALLEVIATE CONFUSION ON SATURDAY MORNING DUE TO
LIMITED PARKING AND CLOSE ACCESS TO THE FACILITY
