Service Fair
In it’s 25th year, Flagler Adult and Community Education Department Service Fair philosophy is that connecting with each other enriches people of all ages and backgrounds. The service fair gives our community a chance to meet face to face our neighbors who are working in the community to achieve positive social change, and to find out how they can assist in that work. By seeing the organizations and by meeting the people that work with the organizations, service becomes more than just something we do FOR the community, and instead becomes something we do WITH the community.
We would like to invite your organization to participate in Service Fair 2012. This year’s show will be held at the Flagler Palm Coast Campus. Show dates will be Saturday, January 28 and Sunday January 29 from 9am to 4pm each day.

SECURITY
Security is the responsibility of each exhibitor after the show is opened for exhibit and during set-up or breakdown. Security will be on duty Friday 10pm through Saturday 6:30am and Saturday 7pm through Sunday 7:30am. The Flagler County School Board assumes no responsibility for any loss to the exhibitor by theft or otherwise.
BREAKDOWN
Breakdown will be Sunday, January 29, beginning no earlier than 4pm. No breakdown of booths before 4pm on Sunday, January 29. Violation of this polity will prohibit participation in future shows.
HOSPITALITY
A hospitality room for coffee and donuts will be available both days free of charge for EXHIBITORS ONLY of the Service Fair. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN FROM THE HOSPITALITY ROOM AND THROUGH THE SCHOOL HALLS.
DRAWINGS AND GIVEAWAYS
No announcements can be made at the show and there can not be any exchanging of money from your table. Any winner of a drawing or giveaway must be notified after show ends.
Televisions and DVD players must be played on silence as courtesy for your neighbor.
AREA ASSIGNMENTS
Tables and areas are assigned by show management and payment is non-refundable. Assignments are on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations
are accepted on a first come first serve basis and can be fill out
online or by application.
SHOW MANAGEMENT STRONGLY RECOMMENDS PARTICIPANTS SET UP THEIR EXHIBITS FRIDAY EVENING. THIS CAN NOT TAKE PLACE BEFORE 6PM BUT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 10PM. SETTING UP FRIDAY EVENING WILL ALLEVIATE CONFUSION ON SATURDAY MORNING DUE TO LIMITED PARKING AND CLOSE ACCESS TO THE FACILITY
